Terms of business
Draft outline only. To be written up and reviewed by a solicitor before launch.
Proposals and prices
Every project starts with a written proposal setting out the scope, the fixed price and the acceptance criteria. Prices exclude VAT.
Payment
Projects under £25,000: 50% on signing and 50% on handover. Projects of £25,000 or more: 40% on signing, 30% at an agreed midpoint and 30% on handover.
Changes
Changes to the agreed scope are priced in a written change request. No extra work starts until it is approved.
Ownership
On payment, you own the code, documentation and other work we produce for you. Accounts are set up in your name from the start.
Guarantees
Each service's guarantee is set out in its proposal, including what is measured and how.
