How are the four days used?
Flexibly. Usually a mix of leadership meetings, supplier and project reviews, and the monthly board update.
Is it on site?
Some of it, usually. We agree a pattern that suits your team, remote-first with time on site when it helps.
Can you also build things?
Yes, but builds are priced separately so the advice stays independent of the work.
Can you help us hire a permanent lead?
Yes. Writing the role, shortlisting and interviewing are part of the service when you are ready.
