What it costs
Every project is scoped and priced in writing before work begins. Prices exclude VAT.

2–3 weeks. Process mapping, data readiness score, ROI-ranked roadmap. Fee credited in full against a build within 90 days.
- from £18,000
3–8 weeks. One production workflow or agent, integrated, tested, staff trained, full handover. Typical range £18k–£60k.
- from £15,000
Customer API, developer portal, or CRM/ERP integration (for example Sage, HubSpot, Salesforce).

In-house build on your own accounts, fast, SEO and AI-search ready.
- from £9,500
90 days. Use-case discovery, governance and usage policy, team training, roadmap. Copilot, ChatGPT or Claude.
- from £5,500 / month
4 days a month, 3-month minimum. Higher tiers on request.
- Support & Improvementfrom £1,250 / month
Monitoring, fixes and small improvements. Cancel any time.
- Workshops£3,500 per day
Leadership or team sessions, up to 15 people.

Why fixed price?
You know the cost before we start, and the risk of overrunning sits with us, not you.
What if the scope changes?
We write a change request with its own price. Nothing extra is done until you approve it.
Do we need the audit first?
It's recommended, not required. If you start a build within 90 days, the audit fee is credited in full.
What does support cost after launch?
Support and improvement starts at £1,250 a month for monitoring, fixes and small improvements. It is optional and you can cancel any time. Hosting and AI usage are billed to your own accounts.
Who owns the code and accounts?
You do, from day one. Code, hosting, domains and AI accounts are set up in your name.
Do you work outside London?
Yes. We work UK-wide, remote-first, and come on site when it helps.
