Which AI models do you use?
Whichever suits the job, usually Claude, OpenAI or Microsoft. They run on your own accounts, so you control the cost and the data.
What does it cost to run?
Hosting and model usage, billed to your accounts. We estimate both before the build starts.
Do we need the audit first?
Not if you already know which process to automate. The audit helps when you have several candidates and need to pick.
Will it replace staff?
That is your decision. Most clients use automation to grow without hiring or to stop paying for outsourced processing.
What happens after handover?
Your team runs it. Support and improvement is available from £1,250 a month, and you can cancel any time.
