05AI Adoption & Training
Get your team using AI, safely
Licences alone don't change how work is done. Over 90 days we find the uses that matter in each team, put a usage policy in place, and train people on the tools you already have: Copilot, ChatGPT or Claude.
01Who it's for
Is this for you?
- Firms that have bought Copilot or ChatGPT licences and seen little use
- Leadership teams that need an AI policy before a wider roll-out
- Businesses where staff already use AI tools without guidance
- Teams that want training on their own work, not generic demos

06Questions
Common questions
Which tools do you train on?
The ones you already pay for, usually Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT or Claude. We are not tied to any vendor.
Is training in person?
Either. Sessions run on site or remotely, for up to 15 people at a time.
How do you measure usage?
We agree the measure at the start, usually active users and tasks per week from the tool’s own reports, and review it at 90 days.
Do we need a policy before training?
It helps. A draft policy is part of the first three weeks, so people are trained on the rules as well as the tools.
